  • Account Information: Name, email, phone number, company name, professional credentials, business address, and other registration details
  • Candidate Information: All information necessary to evaluate and present candidates for healthcare positions, including but not limited to:

    • NPI numbers and other professional identification numbers
    • Professional qualifications, licenses, and certifications
    • Education, training, and specialties
    • Work history and experience
    • Availability, preferences, and desired compensation
    • CVs, resumes, references, and supporting documentation
    • Any other information typically included in healthcare recruiting profiles
  • Presentation Content: All information submitted through our presentation builder and candidate submission tools
  • Payment Information: Tax ID, W-9 information, banking details, and other information necessary for commission payments and tax reporting
  • Communications: Messages sent through our platform messenger, comments, feedback, and any other communications with DocCatalyst or about candidates and opportunities
  • Additional Information: Any other information you choose to provide or that is necessary to facilitate healthcare placements and operate our recruiting platform

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, features used, searches performed, profiles viewed, and other activity data
  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and to improve our services. We use Google Analytics to analyze platform usage.   • Other Platform Users: Employers see candidate information you submit; Referral Partners see job posting details
  • Service Providers: Payment processors, email services, analytics providers, CRM systems, and other third parties who help us operate
  • For Legal Reasons: When required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition
  • With Consent: When you direct us to share information
